Frank Rice began his employment at R.M. Byrd and Associates in 2001 shortly after graduating from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering.   Over this time, he has expanded his engineering knowledge through his involvement in projects of varying sizes, covering many construction materials and methods.  Frank has provided quality structural engineering services on numerous educational facilities in addition to fire stations, churches, and theaters.
